Open Settings to manage your profile, subscription, notifications, and privacy choices. The subscription screen shows the features and limits for your current plan before you make a change.
Plan usage
Find the account you are using
Open Settings and check the signed-in account and active collection before changing a plan or privacy setting. Your profile and preferences apply to the account, while animal and care records live in the collection you selected. If a record looks missing, verify the collection and any filters before creating it again. An invited teammate may have a different access level, so some controls can be absent for them.
Understand plan controls
Open Settings > Subscription to see the current tier, usage, and available upgrade controls. The usage view shows counts against plan allowances, such as animals, breeding pairs, and collaborators. A feature can also vary by web or mobile surface. If you subscribed through a mobile store, manage renewal or cancellation through the store account used for the purchase. Review the confirmation there before changing a paid plan. If an upgrade has not appeared, refresh the subscription view and confirm you signed into the same ReptiDex and store accounts.
Make a deliberate privacy choice
Animal visibility is controlled on the animal record. Public profiles and partner showcases use the public information you choose to make available; private notes and account details need separate review. Use Settings > Export to take a copy of available records and check the downloaded file. Account deletion has its own confirmation because it affects access to data. If you need help with an account or charge, contact support with the affected screen, purchase platform, and approximate date. Do not send passwords or full payment details.
