Marketplaces are built to sell animals. Their tracking tools exist to keep you on the platform, not to run your breeding program. ReptiDex is purpose-built for breeders. It works whether you sell on a marketplace, at expos, through social media, or all three. Your records live in your account, not inside someone else's ecosystem.
ReptiDex ships updates constantly. It is built by a solo engineer who uses the app daily to run his own breeding program. When something is broken or missing, it gets fixed. You are not waiting on a company that moved on to other priorities.

On Pro and Premium, ReptiDex has a smart import tool that reads CSV and Excel files and maps your columns automatically. Fuzzy species matching means you do not have to reformat anything. You can bring years of records over in minutes, not weeks. Data migration is the number one reason breeders stay stuck on tools they have outgrown.
Pro and Premium include printable pedigrees and QR codes that link to live records. Animal transfers are available on every plan. When you sell an animal, the buyer gets the complete history: parents, weights, feedings, and hatch date. That is not just a nice touch. That is the difference between a buyer who comes back and one who does not.
ReptiDex uses flat-rate pricing. Free for up to 10 animals. Unlimited animals on Pro for $4.99 per month. Your cost does not go up because your collection does. If you are breeding at scale, that matters.
