Maintenance

Mist 2-3 times daily, maintaining higher humidity than most geckos. Ensure good ventilation to prevent mold.

Lighting notes

Giant day geckos can live 10-15 years. They are highly territorial and should be housed individually. Females may tolerate each other but monitor closely. They lack eyelids and lick their eyes to keep them clean. Best suited for experienced keepers due to their specific care requirements.
